Mr. Rowley graduated from the University of Western Australia
with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1975. After starting his
career as an accountant working in both Australia and England he
joined the Bond Group of Companies in Australia as executive
assistant to the Board of Directors in 1980.
Mr. Rowley has over 25 years of experience in the mining
industry, the past 11 years with First Quantum Minerals Ltd
("FQM") (TSX:FM)(LSE:FQM) since co-founding the Company in 1996.
He served as FQM's CFO and as a Director until January 2007 when
he assumed the role of Executive Director, Business Development. |

Marcel
Hilmer has more than 25 years experience in executive management of global
public and private organizations. He has significant international M&A
expertise working in Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia.
From 1995 for a period of 9 years he was the Director and Head of European
Operations for Nifco Inc. a gloabl automotive parts supplier. Over the past
5 years he has assisted First Quantum Minerals Limited as a business
development executive and has extensive experience in the mining sector. He
is long standing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in
Australia.

Mr. Parnham is currently the Chairman of Universal Power Corp (TSX.V – UNX) as well as the Chairman of Nebu Resources Inc (TSX.V – NBU). Prior to that
he served as President, CEO and Director of Temex Resources Corp. since its creation in 1996 until January 2005. He has a record of success in geological and environmental
consultation, corporate development, and regulatory compliance for publicly listed companies and in
corporate finance to the junior mining industry. During his career, Mr. Parnham
was a co-founder of Westport, a co-founder of Beatty Franz &
Associates, an environmental |
| consulting firm and the Regional Laboratory
Manager for Overburden Drilling Management. Over the past 4
years, Mr. Parnham has assisted in raising in excess of $100 million CDN for the companies in which he holds a Director’s position. |

Mr. Buchan, a mining engineer and benefactor of
the Queen’s University Buchan Department of Mines, sits on
several boards and has over 35 years of experience in the global
mining sector. Mr. Buchan currently serves as Executive Chairman
of Allied Nevada Corporation. He has significant African
experience having previously operated as Chairman of Extract
Resources Limited and as founding Chairman of Katanga Mining
Limited. Mr. Buchan was the founding President and CEO of
Kinross Gold Corporation and built the company to be the seventh
largest gold producer in the world. |

Mr. Matysek is the former President, CEO and
co-founder of Energy Metals Corporation which was recently purchased by
Uranium One Inc in a deal valued at over $1 billion. He is a professional
geoscientist with a Masters of Science degree in Geology. With over 25 years
of domestic and international experience, he is a recognized entrepreneur
and has held senior management and/or director positions with several
Canadian firms as well as other natural resource exploration and development
companies in addition to Energy Metals Corporation. He is also a member of
the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British

Mr. Frewin is a partner at the international law firm of McCarthy
Tetrault Ltd. specializing in mining and metals practices and financing through numerous
international projects including the Mantos Blancos copper mine in Chile, the Lisheen zinc
mine in Ireland, the Kasese cobalt mine in Uganda, the Bulyanhulu gold and copper mine in Tanzania,
the Kansanshi copper mine in Zambia, a rutile project in Sierra Lione and a nickel project in Turkey.
He also acts for First Quantum Minerals Ltd on all its financings. |
