Chief Geologist Dr. Laine is an experienced geological
engineer with a Ph.D. in geosciences from the University of Arizona
in Tucson. Dr. Laine has over 23 years of international industry
experience throughout the Americas, West & Central Africa and
Europe. Specializing in exploration, development, geostatistics and
reserve estimating, underground and open-pit mines, grade and
quality control using advanced computerized information systems.
Dr. Laine has 14+ years uranium experience working for Cogema and their subsidiaries as a senior manager exploring for roll-front, granite hosted and Permian stratigraphically controlled deposits in France, Canada, US and Mexico. Dag Kullmann Manager, Engineer Mr. Kullmann is a Mining Engineer (M.Sc. from the University of
Alberta, Canada) with 18 years of experience in the precious, base
metals, diamonds and coal mining industry throughout Africa and
within Central Asia and Eastern Europe.Mr. Kullmann's mining and geotechnical consulting experience includes mine design, equipment selection, labour and training requirements and project financial modelling. His project management experience includes the completion of several feasibility and pre-feasibility studies for coal, iron ore and base metals projects. Mr. Kullmann has acted as a competent person for several large and small mining companies for the completion of reserve reporting and listing documentation for the JSE, AIM, ASX and TSX. Prior to joining Snowden in 1999, Mr. Kullmann worked in the South African gold and platinum mining industries with four years experience with Anglo American Corporation and seven years with the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research's Division of Mining Technology. |
