He is a long standing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Duane Parnham Executive Director, Business Development Mr.
Parnham is currently the Chairman of Universal Power Corp (TSX.V –
UNX) as well as the Chairman of Nebu Resources Inc (TSX.V – NBU).
Prior to that he served as President, CEO and Director of Temex
Resources Corp. since its creation in 1996 until January 2005. He
has a record of success in geological and environmental
consultation, corporate development, and regulatory compliance for
publicly listed companies and in corporate finance to the junior
mining industry. During his career, Mr. Parnham was a co-founder of
Westport, a co-founder of Beatty Franz & Associates, an
environmental consulting firm and the Regional Laboratory Manager
for Overburden Drilling Management. Over the past 4 years, Mr.
Parnham has assisted in raising in excess of $100 million CDN for
the companies in which he holds a Director’s position.Bruce Hall Chief Communications Officer Mr.
Hall has extensive experience in the marketing and
communications field. For over fourteen years he was one of the
principals of a leading marketing and advertising agency. During
this period Bruce was responsible for developing and executing both
global and national marketing and communications strategies for a
number of Fortune 500 clients. Prior to this Mr. Hall spent 10 years
in the auto industry with both the Ford Motor Company and Chrysler
in a number of management roles.Craig Bamford Chief Financial Officer Mr. Bamford is a Chartered Accountant and experienced CFO who brings more
than 25 years of finance background relating to project management and controls,
financial reporting and controls, treasury and capital management, risk management,
due diligence and business development. He has 22 years of experience in the uranium
industry and was previously the CFO for Denison Energy Inc., formerly Denison Mines Limited,

Peter Milutinovic General Manager Peter Milutinovic graduated from University of Calgary with a
Bachelor of Science degree in 1980. He has over 26 years of
experience working in various management roles for multi-national
corporations in the oil & gas and resources sector and in management
consulting. Mr Milutinovic has years of international operational
experience working in Southeast Asia and the Middle East and Africa.Dr. Roger Laine, Ph.D., P.Geo. (APEGBC) Chief Geologist Dr. Laine is an experienced geological
engineer with a Ph.D. in geosciences from the University of Arizona
in Tucson. Dr. Laine has over 23 years of international industry
experience throughout the Americas, West & Central Africa and
Europe. Specializing in exploration, development, geostatistics and
reserve estimating, underground and open-pit mines, grade and
quality control using advanced computerized information systems.
Dr. Laine has 14+ years uranium experience working for Cogema and their subsidiaries as a senior manager exploring for roll-front, granite hosted and Permian stratigraphically controlled deposits in France, Canada, US and Mexico. Dag Kullmann Manager, Engineer Mr. Kullmann is a Mining Engineer (M.Sc. from the University of
Alberta, Canada) with 18 years of experience in the precious, base
metals, diamonds and coal mining industry throughout Africa and
within Central Asia and Eastern Europe.Mr. Kullmann's mining and geotechnical consulting experience includes mine design, equipment selection, labour and training requirements and project financial modelling. His project management experience includes the completion of several feasibility and pre-feasibility studies for coal, iron ore and base metals projects. Mr. Kullmann has acted as a competent person for several large and small mining companies for the completion of reserve reporting and listing documentation for the JSE, AIM, ASX and TSX. Prior to joining Snowden in 1999, Mr. Kullmann worked in the South African gold and platinum mining industries with four years experience with Anglo American Corporation and seven years with the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research's Division of Mining Technology.

Mr.
Wilde has over 32 years of experience implementing and managing
large scale mining projects in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the
Far East. During Mr. Wilde’s career, he has held senior management
positions with Rio Tinto (Zimbabwe), Harmony Gold Mining Company
(South Africa), Falcon Gold (Zimbabwe), Oryx Natural Resources (DRC)
and Gemfields Holdings (Zambia). Most recently, Mr. Wilde held the
position of Senior Vice President – Mining Operations with Tsar
Emerald Corporation based in Russia.
