We understand that sustainable economic development depends on a well-equipped workforce. Our commitment to skills development is demonstrated through encouraging students to pursue careers in technical fields, partnering with institutions like NIMT, and promoting hands-on training and internship opportunities.
We remain dedicated to evolving our CSR initiatives to meet the changing needs of our communities. We aim to strengthen partnerships with suppliers and service providers based in Arandis due to their close proximity to the Norasa Uranium Project.
